NEWS LETTER JULY/AUGUST
Wow, how hot was this Summer! The soaring temperatures have certainly made an impact on our daily lives, and it's hard to ignore just how sweltering it has been. From the early days of June to the late weeks of August, we experienced a heatwave that seemed to stretch on endlessly. The intense heat not only affected outdoor activities but also led to disruptions in various classes and workshops, I would like to extend a thank you to all those who have faced disruptions due to the extreme weather conditions. Your patience and understanding during this challenging time have not gone unnoticed. I recognise that changes in schedule can be frustrating and inconvenient, and I appreciate your flexibility as we navigated through these unexpected challenges. As the seaons change, I hope that the weather will now settle, allowing us to resume all the normal activities.
Thank you to everyone who has played a role in helping me celebrate my 5 Year Anniversary trading as Helen's Hounds. This milestone is not just a personal achievement for me, but a reflection of the incredible community that has supported my journey from the very beginning. Your encouragement, whether through kind words, repeat business, or sharing your experiences with friends and family, has been invaluable to me and my small business.
I am also thrilled to share that I have now reached my ambitious target of 100 Google Reviews! This accomplishment is a testament to the trust and satisfaction that my clients have in the services I provide. Each review not only serves as a valuable piece of feedback but also helps potential new clients make informed decisions when seeking care for their pets. As I look back on the past five years, I am filled with appreciation for the relationships I have built and the memories we have created together. I am excited to continue this journey, striving to improve and expand my services to meet the needs of our community. Thank you once again for your unwavering support; it truly means the world to me. Exciting update from IMDT: they've introduced 3 new stand alone grades focusing on skills such as Shaping, Distance, Sequencing and Chaining. These are not grades 7, 8, or 9. Stay tuned for more information on these soon.
Scentwork and Recall Workshops will begin in mid-September. Due to the heat, it has been impossible for me to conduct these sessions; I attempted a few times but had to cancel. Please keep an eye out for more information or request to be added to the waiting list.
